Do not rely on anything here in an emergency: if there is a risk to safety, call emergency services, and if there is a risk of electrocution or structural collapse, leave the building.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting a form, requesting a callback or calling us starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement, does not guarantee availability, and does not commit us to a price. Work begins only under a signed contract.
Estimates and insurance
Any figure given before an on-site inspection is an estimate, not a quote. Restoration costs routinely change once concealed damage is exposed. We frequently work directly with insurance carriers, but we do not decide what your insurer will cover, we cannot guarantee a claim outcome, and nothing on this site is an interpretation of your policy.

We hold the licences and certifications required for the work we perform in the jurisdictions we serve. Certification marks shown on this site belong to the organisations that issue them.
Your responsibilities
