We initially were introduced to Prime Restore Solutions from my brother-in-law who recommended them based on other work they had done in other places around CO. When our bathroom project went from just wanting to replace a toilet to a complete renovation because of severe water damage and mold, Mike B. came in to save the day. He has stepped up and helped us scope the damage, make a plan to fix it, and work with us through the entire process. We chose to make a claim to our home owners insurance as well; Mike has been working with them directly and documenting the process for the best support in the claim I have ever seen. The teams who did the deconstruction and now the reconstruction have been dedicated, hard working, and truly wonderful during a VERY stressful time in our tiny condo. Even though the project isn't complete yet, I feel that this company is worth their weight in gold - anything we do in this home, or future homes, will definitely be brought to Prime Restore first. I can't thank them enough!
