Excellent experience with Prime Restorations. Keith, Mike, and Jose were professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. We had mold on the wall and they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and took care of the problem thoroughly. The work area was well protected, the cleanup was spotless, and the mold has not returned.

My wife and I went on vacation to Florida a few weeks back and were shocked to come home to a sewage infested basement. Luckily, we found Prime Restore and they were able to locate the leak, clean up all the sewage, and even with the entire reconstruction!

The communication was excellent, with a dedicated project manager for our house that would check up on the project and make sure everything was being done correctly. I also want to mention that the entire process was seamless with our insurance company as Mike and his team were able to work with the insurance company to make sure we payed nothing out of pocket!

I had a flood in my basement late last week and Mike and his team came out within a few hours to suck out all the water and make sure everything was dry. They were the only company to answer the phone and respond on time and they really helped me out during the freeze when no one else could. These guys are the way to go if you ever experience something like this. Would definitely recommend
